The seated served dinner had several action stations shown below.
First being a salad bar station.
Once the first course was finished the table was set for the Second Station: Prime Rib Carving ,with a fresh horseradish bar .A chef stood and hand carved each steak , while an assistant stood at end of station shredding horseradish root, making fresh horseradish sauce with mayonnaise and lemons.
The guest loved the added touch of the horseradish bar.
This was the ceremony set up for the intimate wedding ceremony. The couple hired the wedding planner, and the design team set the entire ceremony.
